Shipping policy

At CreatiBrick, standard shipping is free, with no minimum purchase, across the entire store.

Additional shipping options (for example insured or express shipping) may be offered to you at checkout, at a price shown before payment. They are optional.

Delivery times

Delivery time is estimated at 5 to 10 business days from the confirmation of your payment. This includes the preparation and transit of your order. An estimate is also shown on each product page.

Tracking

As soon as your order ships, a tracking number is sent to you by email so you can follow your package until it is delivered.

Shipping destinations

We ship to addresses located in the destinations offered at checkout. If your country does not appear at checkout, it means we do not ship there yet.

Delays and out-of-stock items

We update our catalog continuously, but an item may occasionally be out of stock. In that case, we will contact you to offer either delayed shipment or a refund. If delivery is delayed by the carrier, our customer service team remains available to track your package with you.
