The CreatiBrick™ Advantage
The Arcadia is a spaceship carrying the deck of an old galleon on its back, and that odd pairing turns the build into two very different jobs.
The first takes up most of the 2,244 pieces: a low, closed green hull built up layer by layer, ending at the bow in a white skull and a long ram that juts forward. It is steady, satisfying work, the kind where the shape slowly locks into place.
The second fits into a small corner at the stern. A brown wooden deck grafted onto the green, with its mast and black Jolly Roger, where the parts get smaller and you find yourself slowing down without meaning to. A black stand slides under the hull and holds the ship level, so the whole silhouette reads from the side: a piece of sailing ship bolted onto a war machine, in proportions only Leiji Matsumoto's world could get away with.
