The CreatiBrick™ Advantage
In Mel Brooks' Spaceballs, the hero does not fly a sleek starfighter. Lone Starr and his half-man, half-dog sidekick Barf cruise the galaxy in the Eagle 5, a camper van with wings and thrusters bolted on. It is the ship that swoops in to rescue Princess Vespa of Druidia from Dark Helmet's clutches.
This 1,235-piece model is a real project, the kind you spread over a weekend. Wings, thrusters and windshield come together step by step, and the finished ship measures 32 x 27 x 10 cm (12.6 x 10.6 x 3.9 in): big enough to be the funniest thing on any sci-fi shelf.
